So many of you have expressed wanting to build a reliable system and a dashboard for tracking your metrics.

And so many of you have requested help with Accountability Charts.

These two core assets are leverage for your firm and I want each of you to have them nailed.

This is deep work.

This work requires space to sink into focus-mode so that the end product is not half-baked.

The Core Assets Workshop is designed to give you the leverage points you need to build your firm in an even smarter way.

Building and using these assets empowers you to make decisions based on facts, not feeling. Without these assets, that’s not possible because you don’t have complete picture of the facts.

THE DAILY ITINERARY

TUESDAY

Welcome Reception

Gather with your fellow Mastery Group members and kick off the event at the Welcome Reception.

We start the event together with a cocktail party, clinking our glasses with toasts of what’s to come.

February 21st, 6:00-8:30 PM

WEDNESDAY

Today is Accountability Chart Day!

WHY?
A well-defined Accountability Chart is a visual representation of your company, providing clarity about who owns the major functions in your firm and identifies the primary responsibilities for which they are accountable.

This asset shows you where the gaps exist in the firm and helps you resolve them. It can point the way when it is time to delegate and/or hire.

HOW?
You’ll first sketch out high-level, what major functions make up your firm. You’ll tweak and learn things about your business that will surprise you and inform future decisions.

You’ll use our spreadsheet template to fill in responsibilities for your Accountability Chart.

You’ll submit your work to our team where we’ll then produce a beautiful version you can print for your firm.

AND GUESS WHAT?
My team will produce a polished final copy of what you come up with just like we do for private clients so that it’s ready to use right away.

February 22nd, 9:00AM – 4:00PM

THURSDAY

Today is Tracking Systems Day!

WHY?
Having data at your fingertips is leverage and you deserve to have it. At this event, you will build a tracking dashboard and a system to keep it thriving.

HOW?
You’ll begin by listing all data you want tracked. We’ll break it into categories and use the Accountability Chart you build yesterday to make sure you’re not missing anything important.

You’ll then build in a platform of your choice – Airtable, a spreadsheet, whatever you’d like.

We’ll end this day thinking forward about systems around this: how this tracking portal will be kept up (and by who), and how often you’ll be evaluating the data.

And we’ll help you every step of the way.

February 23rd, 9:00AM – 4:00PM

FRIDAY

Execution + Implementation Day!

This day is to tie up the loose ends.

Get help finalizing anything and everything you’ve worked on thus far.

Create SOPs that accompany your work, calendar time necessary for successful follow-through, get your team on a call to roll out necessary pieces of responsibility – whatever you need to do so that you don’t waste precious hours after you return to work.

My team and I will be hands-on, supporting you to ensure there are no loose ends with these assets.

This day is will be the difference maker.

February 24th, 9:00AM – 4:00PM

SATURDAY

Bonus if registered by November 11, 2022

Today is the Mastermind Experience!

WHY?
On this day, masterminding with fellow Mastery Group members, you’ll lift each other up and mindshare on solutions to whatever’s top of mind for you.

HOW?
Structure provided for a warm, safe space to discuss any matter that may arise.
