Betsey Lund Ross
I am a sole practioner in Central Minnesota. I have been a licensed attorney for 15 years. For the past nine years, I have operated my own law firm. I practice in the areas of employment law (employer side), estate planning, and business law. I have one employee (a paralegal). I am married and have two sons, Cullen (4 yrs) and Zander (7 months).
Malinda Lugo
I am a solo practitioner with a part-time paralegal. In my prior legal career, I was a defense nursing home and medical malpractice attorney, then became a health care attorney working on transactions and compliance. In 2016, I decided to go plaintiff without thinking it through. I have survived for 6 years but I'm now ready to ramp it up. After a stressful divorce (aren't they all?), I'm starting over financially. I love what I do but I can be a perfectionist and over-preparer.

52 y.o. been practicing for 26 years. Solo attorney with 2 assistants – one for bankruptcy and one for everything else. I started with a general practice, but have gradually niched down to probably 75% bankruptcy practice. It is the only thing I market, the rest is from past clients and referrals. I'm married and have 4 kids. 2 are grown and out of the house and then I have an 11 and 9 y.o.
Roya Vasseghi
I'm a partner at Vasseghi Budd PLLC in Fairfax, Virginia, a business and employment law firm. My practice is focused on employment counseling, employment litigation and business litigation. I mostly work on the management side in employment matters, but I also regularly
with physicians and other health care professionals in professional liability and licensing matters, including representation before the various licensing boards in the DMV.
I'm passionate about my work, but I also love running my business.
I live in Vienna, VA with my husband, two daughters, and our mini-bernadoodle.

I'm the Reconstructionist. I help people who are going through difficult situations reconstruct their lives. Sometimes that is through the filing of a bankruptcy, which allows the discharge of debilitating debt. Or, it might be through representing someone going through a divorce or a custody modification.
